Anything else i would not really recommend it because the only thing that matters for covert lethality is attack speed and ceramic dagger which is a much cheaper dagger has the same attack speed as the rakta dark dagger.

However when any dagger equip covert lethality anyone of them will have the same animation speed if equipped with fury primed fury mod.
